Through an unwavering dedication to helping people realize their financial and estate planning goals, Milan structures highly customized programs that ensure his clients and their families can effectively deal with the inevitable uncertainties of everyday life.
Ironically, the basis for Milan’s professional vision was originally formed during his years as a professional athlete. Throughout his career, he repeatedly witnessed the changes in personal fortune that befell many athletes when their playing days came to an end.
Making a promise to both himself and his family that he would not share a similar fate of financial loss and personal heartbreak, Milan took action starting with the writing of the following mission statement:
“The focus of my life is to create a secure and loving environment for my family and friends, one that encourages and fosters the development of their individual gifts and unique abilities to excel both personally as well as professionally. To this end, I will be a trustworthy confidante, someone to whom they can look to provide honest and caring feedback, informed and deliberate advice and when needed, a shoulder of comfort during times of uncertainty and disappointment.”
His personal mission statement is not only the foundation for his life but also the TK Financial Group.
This means that when Milan takes you on as one of his clients, he welcomes you into the very same circle of commitment that has defined his relationships both professionally as well as personally.
Milan holds numerous professional designations such as: Trust and Estate Practitioner, Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Health Insurance Specialist, and Registered Critical Illness Specialist. In addition to these designations, he has successfully completed STEP Advanced Certification in Family Enterprise Advising and serves many family businesses.
In a return to his roots, Milan has been coaching community sports for many years including football at the University level. He is also an active member of the community, sitting as a board member for the Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation, as well as having a deep involvement with Canada Company – an organization which provides a valuable service to the brave men and women of our Canadian Armed Forces.
